We collect the minimum we need to sell you a thing and let you use it. We don't sell your data. We don't track you around the web.
From your purchase: Gumroad processes checkout and sends us your email address and license key. We use this to give you access and to email you about the product you bought.
From your device: Your browser stores your license code in localStorage so you don't have to type it every time. That's it.
We don't collect or store anything you type into the prompts. Fill-in fields are processed locally in your browser and never sent to our servers. Whatever you paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot is between you and them.
Gumroad (processes your payment and sends purchase emails), Vercel (hosts the site), and nobody else.
Email us at hi@what-to-type-for.ai to see, export, or delete any data we hold about you. We'll respond within 7 days.
If we change this policy, purchasers will get an email. Changes take effect when posted.
